Randklev, Washington Win Board of Trustees Seats

Keller ISD held its 2024 Board of Trustees Election on Saturday, May 4, and Place 6 and Place 7 on the Board were won by Dr. Charles Randklev and Heather Washington, respectively. 

More than 83,000 ballots were cast across Tarrant County in this spring's general elections, and more than 12,000 votes were cast in each of KISD's Trustee Elections. 

For Place 6, Randklev received 55.09% of the votes, with 6,984 total, to Adrian Sullivan's 5,694 votes (44.91%). 

For Place 7, Washington received 6,634 votes for a 51.965% share of the votes in that race, to Dixie Davis' 5,271 votes (41.29%) and DaLana Barsanti's 862 votes (6.75%).

Randklev will be starting his second term, while this will be Washington's first elected term on the Board. She previously served as an interim Trustee beginning in January 2024.
